You may contact our support team using the form below. Please expect a response from the HBRC before shipping the order to us as items sent to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Eligibility Requirements:
1. All returned and exchanged products must be in the original condition within the packaging.
2. Returns or exchanges must be made within 15 days from the delivery date.
3. If items are claimed to be defective/damaged, photographs may be requested as proof.
4. We apologize that food items are not eligible for refunds.
5. Customers are fully responsible for all shipping costs for returns/exchanges.
Cancellations:
Cancelling your order within 12 hours will ensure a full refund to your purchase method. You will receive your full refund within several business days.
If your order has already been shipped, simply ship us back your full order within 24 hours to receive a full refund. Costs for return shipping and handling are incurred at the buyer's expense.
