Produced on Thorah Island, a lake island located in the Southeast portion of Lake Simcoe. This island is used as an isolated mating station for the bees who produce the most remarkable honey. Given Thorah's isolated nature, it offers a pristine environment for bee life to flourish. Thorah Island is a safe haven for bees and their honey. 

Honey profiles can shift year to year, Thorah Island Honey can also carry hints of cinnamon.

Thorah Island honey is gently heated and filtered to prevent crystallization. The honey is never pasteurized and has many antibacterial properties. It is delicious as a spread on toast, natural sweetener, smoothie additive, and more.
